One night last January an old, dear friend walked into the dojo after a long hiatus. After a moment of catching up, he gave me a sheepish look.
"Russ," he said, "I just need to hit something tonight."
I smiled back at my friend.
"I've got you covered," I told him.

We spar almost every week. We grapple a few times a month. We hit the bags almost every night. You'll leave every class drenched in sweat - and feeling a thousand times better.
